Kredit za Sekogo ("we", "us") operates kreditzamene.com, a free matching service for loan providers licensed in North Macedonia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why, and what rights you have over it.
2. What we collect
- Browsing data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, collected automatically via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Contact details — if you email or call us, or fill in a form, we keep what you send us (name, email, phone, message) to respond to you.
- Application data — when you submit our Apply form, we collect the details you enter (name, phone, email, city, requested amount) directly on kreditzamene.com and store them so we can match you with a partner. With your consent on that form, we share these details with the licensed partner we match you with, so they can prepare an offer; from that point, the partner processes your data under their own privacy policy.
3. Why we process it
To operate and improve the matching service, respond to enquiries, measure which pages and partners are useful to visitors, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. Where we rely on cookies for analytics or advertising measurement, we ask for your consent first (see the cookie banner).
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We may share limited data with: analytics and hosting providers who process it on our behalf; and partner lenders/providers only in the sense that clicking through to their site is your own action, not a data transfer initiated by us.
